The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky the 3rd, known in Japan as The Legend of Heroes VI: Sora no Kiseki the 3rd (英雄伝説 空の軌跡 The 3rd Eiyū Densetsu Sora no Kiseki Za Saado?) in Japan, is the third game in the Sora no Kiseki series.

It was first released for PC on June 28, 2007 in Japan, and its future formats in PSP, and PS3 were later released on July 24, 2008 and June 27, 2013 respectively. With the Kiseki series' uprising popularity, the game is scheduled for an EVOLUTION remake on PSVITA.[1] Later XSEED has announced the game to be licensed for PC release in 2017 via Steam.[2]

SettingEdit

This chapter in the series focuses on Kevin Graham and his squire, Ries Argent. Half a year since the Liberl Ark incident, Kevin and Ries and other companions get pulled into Phantasma, a realm of illusions by a mysterious artifact. There, the group must finally confront the mysterious Lord of Phantasma.

  • Kevin Graham (ケビン・グラハム Kebin Gurahamu?) A young jovial traveling priest of the Septian Church who is the main protagonist of this installment.
  • Ries Argent (リース・アルジェント Riisu Arujento?) A newly appointed squire in the Church's knighthood and Kevin's childhood friend.
  • Estelle Bright (エステル・ブライト Esuteru Buraito?) The main character for the first 2 installments of the trilogy who is always cheerful and strong.
  • Joshua Bright (ヨシュア・ブライト Yoshua Buraito?) Estelle's adopted brother who used to be part of Ouroboros.
  • Renne (レン Ren?) A young girl who was revealed to be a member of Ouroboros in the Second Chapter.
  • Alan Richard (アラン・リシャール Aran Rishaaru?) The former Colonel of the Royal Army who was jailed for starting a rebellion to Liberl Kingdom redeeming himself for this one.
  • Scherazard Harvey (シェラザード・ハーヴェイ Sherazaado Haavei?)A senior bracer who acts like an older sister to Estelle and was trained by Cassius Bright.
  • Olivier Lenheim (オリビエ・レンハイム Olibie Renheimu?)A handsome blond man who is actually a prince of an Erebonian Empire.
  • Mueller Vander (ミュラー・ヴァンダール Myuraa Vandaaru?)A major of the Erebonian Empire's army who guards the royal family as tradition of his noble family. A mostly stern figure to act against Olivier's nutty expressions.
  • Klose Rinz (クローゼ・リンツ Kurooze Rintsu?)A female student in the Royal Jenis academy in rural Ruan area who is revealed to be the heir to the throne of Liberl Kingdom near the end of the first installment.
  • Julia Schwartz (ユリア・シュバルツ Yuria Shubarutsu?)A female captain in the army. She's the top new generation officers in the army, a great swordsman, she was the commander of the royal guard, also being in charge of the royal air flagship.
  • Josette Capua (ジョゼット・カプア Josetto Kapua?)A member of Capua Sky Pirates who caused a problem for Estelle and co at the beginning of the first installment. Now part of a Capua Trading Company after being helped by the Queen.
  • Agate Crosner (アガット・クロスナー Agatto Kurosunaa?)A red-headed B-ranked Senior Bracer with an odd relationship with Tita Russell.
  • Tita Russell (ティータ・ラッセル Tiita Rasseru?)The 13-year-old granddaughter of Albert Russell, the founding father of Orbment technology and a genius like her grandfather.
  • Anelace Elfead (アネラス・エルフィード Anerasu Erufiido?)A senior female bracer a couple years older than Estelle and a granddaughter of a famous swordsman, Yun Kafai 'The Sword Hermit'.
  • Zane Vathek (ジン・ヴァセック Jin Vasekku?)A giant of a man hailing from the Calvard Republic, he is a skilled martial artist and one of the most respected A-ranked bracers in the entire world.

  • Giliath Osbourne (ギリアス・オズボーン Giriasu Ozuboon?) An Erebonian Empire's government representative, nicknamed 'The Iron Chancellor'.
  • Rufina Argent (ルフィナ・アルジェント Rufina Arujento?) Ries' sister who was one of the Grals Ritter but died five years ago.
  • Erica Russell (エリカ・ラッセル Erika Rasseru?) Professor Albert Russell's daughter and Tita's mother.
  • Dan Russell (ダン・ラッセル Dan Rasseru?) Tita's father who was a Bracer until ten years ago.
  • Ein Selnert (アイン・セルナート Ain Serunaato?) The leader of Grals Ritter and also a Dominion No. I, nicknamed 'Carnelia'.
  • Lechter Arundel (レクター・アランドール Rekutaa Arandooru?) Kloe's former senior in Jenis Royal Academy and was also a student council president.
