Grandma Mao (マオ) is the innkeeper of the Hot Spring Inn at Elmo Vilage, Zeiss in the The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky trilogy.

Mao is the grandmother of Tita Rusell. She is a warm and kind-hearted elderly woman who is always looking out for her family, customers, and especially her granddaughter. She also takes a keen liking to guests, such as Estelle Bright.
