Elise Schwarzer is a major character in The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel trilogy. She is the daughter of Baron Teo Schwarzer and Rean Schwarzer's younger sister. She is a temporary playable character in Trails of Cold Steel II.
True to her background as a nobleman's daughter, she conducts herself gracefully and is learned in the ways of the sword, the latter which she proudly chooses to wield for Rean's cause.

She is a kind young woman with a well-kept and dignified appearance, and she is close friends with Princess Alfin, who goes to the St. Astraia Girls' School with her. It is implied that she is in love with Rean. Where her emotions for Rean are concerned, sometimes a daring side of her can be seen.
Character Profile[]
A tidy young woman with a calm disposition, Elise is best friends with Erebonian Crown Princess Alfin Reise Arnor, with whom she attends the prestigious Saint Astraia Girls' School. In spite of their lack of blood relations, Elise’s affections for Rean run deeper than a typical sibling relationship. Indeed, after Rean lost his way, she paid him visits at the military academy all by herself and occasionally acted audaciously, all in an attempt to get him back on his feet. As the civil war heats up, Elise, sensing Rean’s sentiments towards Class VII, takes up the sword for him so he can be on the path that on which he should be.
After the Civil War, she escalated into the academy's high school division and becoming student body president. She astonishingly helps her brother and best friend whose feelings have become deepened with anxiety through the dramatic changes of the war's aftermath.
